By accessing or using Magnetica Hub ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Magnetica Hub is a digital marketplace connecting spiritual content creators ("Sellers") with buyers ("Members"). We provide tools for selling digital products, subscription management, affiliate marketing, and community engagement.
You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
Sellers must pay the applicable monthly hosting fee to maintain an active store. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, fulfilling digital product deliveries, and complying with all applicable laws. Magnetica Hub reserves the right to remove listings that violate our content policies.
Subscription fees are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
The affiliate commission program is available to eligible members. Commissions are earned on qualifying purchases made through your unique affiliate link. We reserve the right to modify commission rates with notice. Fraudulent activity will result in account termination and forfeiture of commissions.
You may not use the Platform to distribute illegal content, engage in fraud or deceptive practices, harass other users, violate intellectual property rights, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Sellers retain ownership of their content. By listing on Magnetica Hub, sellers grant us a limited license to display and promote their content on the Platform. Magnetica Hub's branding, design, and proprietary technology are our intellectual property.
Magnetica Hub is not liable for the quality or accuracy of seller content, disputes between buyers and sellers, or indirect damages arising from use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected].
